Bressingham has always been a family of its Staff, Volunteers and Visitors, both generationally and our season ticket holders. We sincerely hope that everyone stays safe during these uncertain times ahead.

Bressingham is delaying its opening for the 2020 season, until it is safe to do so. As you can imagine, right now we have no idea when this will be.

Season Ticket holders
If you currently support the work of the charity by having one of our yearly passes, thank you, once we are open again we will add the number of closed days onto your current expiry date (taking into account the closed winter period).

Pre-booked day tickets
We will move these to any day once we are open again.

Group Bookings 
We wil be in contact to talk to you about your group booking, as we don't take deposits, no refunds are required. Should you wish to reschedule your visit once we are open, this will be no problem.

Event Cancellations
We have made the decision to cancel the May Steam Gala (all prebookings have now been refunded) and Narrow Gauge East (all prebookings have now been refunded). Should we cancel or postpone any more events, we will be in touch with those affected.

Tesco Clubcaird Deals
This has proved to be the most asked question so far!
We as a supplier have no power to extend the end date of a Tesco Deals voucher, when we apply the code we simply get a yes (so we get paid 50% of the voucher amount) or no. The best thing to do is contact Tesco. They did ask if we would be prepared to accept a 6 month global extension, we said yes, but we have had no clarification since.

Driver Experience Courses
If you had an experience day booked for a specific date, we will be in touch to ask what you would like to do. Where a date was to be arranged, we will aim to sort these once we are open again. We will extend the validity period of these experiences.

Supporting the Steam Preservation Trust
As with many other attractions, zoos, heritage railways etc, Bresingham opens to visitors to fund the work of the charity behind it. In our case this is to look after Alan Bloom's collection and keep it in steam. Whilst we absolutely understand that there are many causes in these unprecedented times, we will be launching an appeal to limit the financial damage to the Museums Collections. If, you feel you could financially support the charity, donations would be gratefully received, however large or small. You can currently give through our normal donation pages. Or perhaps in time you may be able to help us, when we are open again by volunteering your time.

The mental wellbeing of our staff base (both paid and unpaid) is of importance to us. We will over the coming weeks think of ways of keeping in touch with you all. Please remember you can use HOPS Comms to contact each other.
